The Duke Bloat was probably the most effective fakeout I’ve seen in a mod. I genuinely thought I was having mod compatibility issues and was caught so off guard! This is a great mod!

The lore behind the Duke of Flies and Bloat is heartbreaking...Duke just wanted to enjoy life with his family of flies and Bloat literally, with 0 consent, takes away his body....
I thought Radical Rat seemed super out of place at first, both in theming and spritework. I thought he was some kind of self-insert or something, but him being from Mewgenics makes much more sense

At first I thought Mozzie was just okay, but giving her completely different variations based on the different types of mosquito enemies is such a cool idea. Especially since there is one specifically designed for the Fiend Folio electric mosquitos

Mournmurus' concept is actually from a game called Enter the Gungeon! It's another roguelike similar to Isaac, but with a lot more emphasis on bullet hell. Check it out sometime!
I like, when community members cooperate with each other, like Electric Mozzie there or their own versions of tarnished character, or some cool synergies with items from other mods, that really encourages.
That's cute, Mirage's other face looks like Spoiled Rotten from Wario Land 4 and samples sound clips from the Slammer ghosts from Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon. Mournmurus is also so cool, love the idea of a classic "Demon Wall" boss in Isaac.
I like the use of the bent spoon to signify that the projectiles will be homing. Really nice telegraphing here even if you haven't seen this boss before.
No one talks about HOW FREAKING AMAZING AND NEW THE MOURNMURUS FIGHT WAS !!!! 10/10 , Its just such a unique way of fighting ! Also Papa plum and Baby plum moment was cute and made sense, if you spare baby plum he comes to aid you when you need him, and if you ask him for help for ,well.... his father , afc he will turn on you :D they gotta give a better secret synergy - pacifist 30 seconds when both are on board, and both realize you arent there to harm them ,so they fly away and leave a super plum item, that summons them both and deals heavy dmg!

God these are so cool! The amount of love and attention each of these guys got is incredible , not to mention the difficulty seems in line with the stage, which is more than can be said for some official bosses *ahem* CLUTCH.
I love bestiary's description it adds so much personality to the enemys ! (I found a Scratch game a few month ago with the Scatman boss so I think it was a prototype. It has change a lot)

Mourmurus being an almost exact boss fight to the Wall in Gungeon is so cool. Anyway, I somewhat expected the '''murus'' in its name to mean "wall" (sounds similar to wall in spanish "muro") and that is extra cool.
These bosses are fantastic! Their animations give them all so much personality, and they seem to be challenging but not impossible to dodge. My favorite part is Tarbacadabra using the sound effect of a stylish move in paper Mario
Also Mirage reminds me of Spoiled Rotten from Wario Land 4 (with the cute appearance but then becomes nightmare fuel) and Tulip being Plantera from Terraria
they could do something really cool with mozzie's health stealing mechanic. like maybe after a certain number of times it gets too bloated and explodes and gives a special item
This mod blends in so well with the base game, too. With the exception of one or two bosses I think a lot of these could be mistaken for actual base game bosses!

I feel like since papa plum is trying to avenge baby plum, using the whistle would spare him, since you get the whistle from sparing baby plum.
