@@TOOLTOPInstruments Are you sure it work for this oscilloscope? It works with the multimeter, it can read datas like voltage in DMM mode, but the DSO mode seems corrupted, it close the software every time i try and displays me an error

Hello, this may be due to incomplete installation of your software,
1. Please uninstall the installed software and delete the files generated by the installation path,
2. Close antivirus software
3. Reinstall the software
Require Wn10 or Win10 or above systems, please make sure that all previous files have been deleted before installing, otherwise installation may fail
