Even after telling her that she straight up said she didn't care about laws and "I'm gonna get myself killed..blah blah". I looked around and realized she was in my driveway. Told her get the FK off my property before I call the cops for trespassing.
Are they not considered motorized vehicles where you're at? Just curious. I'm in Northern Utah and they are considered motorized vehicles, so they are not allowed on many trails here. There is a difference between pedal assist only and ebikes with both throttle and assist. Golden Gate Bridge allows pedal assist. Though I think handicap throttle may be allowed. I can get over 40mph pedaling downhill. Be careful out there. Bicycle accidents and deaths are about 4 fold the past couple of years in California. I use a GoPro. Post pandemic aggressive entitiled motorists of all ages in California.
In the UK (and I imagine most of Europe) ebikes must be designed to cut out the electrical assistance when you reach 16 mph / 25 km/hr, in order to be allowed to ride where cyclists ride, and to ride without registration plates and insurance; if they give assistance without being pedalled or give assistance above 16 mph, they are classed as motorbikes, with all the restrictions and legal obligations that those have. There are people who illegally disable the speed limiter - and there are more and more reports of police catching and prosecuting them. I have a 24-speed non-assisted bike and an ebike. The ebike is great for allowing me to conserve my energy on occasional hills in order that I have enough energy to cycle further on the flat. The only criticism that I have of all the ebikes that I have tried is that they have an absurdly low top gear: anything above about 20 mph and I find my legs are whizzing around uncomfortably fast, which limits my top speed on a gentle downhill which still needs a *bit* of pedal assistance (electrical assistance having stopped at 16 mph) to overcome air resistance. I wish my ebike had an extra gear at the top end, of a similar ratio to the top gear on front and rear cogs of my non-assisted bike. I will confess that I feel childishly smug when I come to an uphill and there's a keen, fit cyclist on a non-assisted bike struggling up, and I (age 60 and not very fit) go sailing past him without too much effort. Little things please little minds ;-)

Sadly the police are not vigorous about prosecuting cyclists who ride through red traffic lights and zebra crossings with pedestrians on them. I've witnessed two very serious incidents (once when I was walking, once when I was cycling) when cyclists have ridden at full speed (under pedal power, not freewheeling) at people on zebra crossings. In the first case, in Bristol, a cyclist overtook a long queue of cars that had stopped at a crossing while a woman pushed a pram across it. He swerved between the first car and the bollard in the center of the road, then wobbled as he narrowly avoided the pram, came off his bike and nearly went under the wheels of an oncoming lorry. He then got up, covered in blood, and started ranting at the woman for "daring" to get in his way. When it looked as if he was going to hit her, my mate, who was built like a brick shithouse, intervened and restrained the guy until the police arrived. No idea of the outcome, but the policeman who attended said that from the verbal witess statements that he'd got at the scene, he'd never heard of such a blatant case of what would be termed "dangerous driving" for a car driver. The second case was in Oxford where there is a very long zebra crossing that spans a wide road just where it splits into two at a Y junction. I was cycling towards it and saw a large group of tourists on a guided walk, led by a woman holding up an umbrella. They turned onto the crossing so I slowed down in preparation for stopping. Suddenly my bike gave a jolt and I was nearly knocked off my bike, and heard a shout of "Out of my FUCKING way!" as a lycra-clad cyclist on a racing bike overtook me and carried on pedalling without slowing down as he approached the crossing. There were people in a long line all the way across the crossing, and the cyclist rode straight at them, causing them to scatter. Those two incidents give law-abiding cyclists like me a bad name.

I've even had 3 that wanted to play chicken, which is funny because they're dressed like eggs. I'm all armored up after my last ER adventure, so if we collide, it's gonna be like a pillow hitting the floor-soft and uneventful. I bypassed my tip sensor, so I'm ready for quick exits, like a cat at a surprise bath. Honestly, if one actually commits, it’s gonna be the least epic game of chicken-more like two marshmallows bumping into each other in a world where marshmallows can express regret.

Road rash, best motorbike game ever :)
Hell yeah 💯 what system did you play it on?

Check out Life On A Bicyle 360 helmet rearview mirror. They stick on your helmet. Hardly have to take your eyes off the road. Works really well. Amazon has them.
Sounds super useful! I’ll check them out!!
@@SHREDDIEMCSKATE A vid about the different options of rear view would be great!
sorry my prior statement should start , " I'm a 67 years old men "
You should at least have pedal capability. The Surron is a dirt bike.
You can get a pedal kit that wroks
Her recoil tho 🤭
😂😂
Nice ride, just curious, how much is your electric bill a month charging all those bikes...lol
Thanks! It’s not too bad since I’m only charging one bike at a time… it’s actually super cheap too Fully charge e-bikes🤘🏾⚡️🤘🏾
A 20ah 52v battery costs about a dime to "fill up". A typical bike like a Lectric XP costs 5 to 6 cents.
What kind of bike is that
Zooz Sur ron
I love you guys. Hahaha
I'm giving a like for dee:dee for throttling the zooz well done girl 👧 👏 🙌
😁💯💯💯
@SHREDDIE MCSKATE Don't corrupt her too much SHREDDIE because peddle assist = range 🤟🏿
@@Trillville43 I agree Anthony range is a factor or shreddie will have to get the TowWhee out to get DeeDee back home 😂🤣👌

Where’s the Karen? I ain’t watching this long and painfully boring video to find out.
You sound like a candidate for my TikTok follow there for short attention span videos
Just once I would like to see a bike ride where you only use pedal assist and not use your bikes throttle. But I think all you riders are too lazy ...

This was a whole day of pedaling🤘🏾⚡️🤘🏾 exhausted 😩
Dude! You can't be posting comments like this when the title of the video has to do with Karens! 😂
