Pay attention to the sheer HEIGHT the camera is at at the end. Almost touching the ceiling. That means it’s an entity, formerly human since we don’t see limbs.
I like the idea that even if you die a horrible death in the backrooms you wake up and can only remember this vauge terror...
If you make it out for real (lol) you only remember some of it as a rule otherwise you would surely go insane.
