Whole-Body Pharmacokinetics of MMAE and MMAE-based ADC in Mice

Hsuan-Ping Chang from the University of Buffalo is currently a 4th year Ph.D. student in the Pharmaceutical Sciences Department at the University at Buffalo in Dr. Shah’s lab. Her research includes PK-PD of ADCs as well as development of physiological-based PK models for antibody drugs in pediatric populations.
Today she will present part of her work about PK and modeling of antibody-drug conjugates.
