I use an ordinary mug, a mug you would use for a cup of tea. 1 mug of rice will feed 4, Use same mug for the water. So that's 1 mug rice and 1 mug water. You will think it will never feed 4 but try it and you will be surprised. You can always add a little more water also, it will be soaked up by the rice or evaporate.

Partner is CÙRRY chicken ok and until you come to Trinidad then you will know what is curry. Is chicken fry or fry chicken ?

I made this last night and it came out really thick. I’m wondering if I used too many potatoes or maybe the potatoes over cooked and thickened the dish. I used Jasmine rice. This was the first and last time using that rice. It was sticky and awful. I’ll try the rice he used next time.

You can add some extra stock to the curry if too thick also make sure to rinse the rice under cold water before cooking enjoy

U over cooked the rice that's why it was sticky and must wash before use
