I live in Montreal taking the Metro and I remember the day you were recording with the Orange Line being interrupted. It was annoying because the interruption time was extended multiples times. Then the express busses that stop at the stations during the interruption were packed.
Anyways, that's a long traveling time between your two stations. From Vendome to Montmorency stations would take me 30 minutes, same traveling time between Vendome to Panama REM station. Nice video, keep it up!
I agree there should be a better transfer to orange line, but when McGill station opens, it will have a direct connection to green line.

From the rem station to bonaventure, You can turn left and go toward place bonaventure instead. This will bring you to a metro entrance directly and save you tons of time

Rather surprised how over at Gare Centrale there isn't a stepless/ more direct transfer between the REM and Bonaventure (instead of using the existing concourse over to the CN Office's

They could put effort in station design of REM. They look so empty
