I think the owners of Wiggy know it's a placebo and won't ever get it tested because they know it is a waste of money. I also think that part of the reason it works for him is because it's given him purpose, focus, and drive which is translating to his personal endeavors.

Dragon's Den has gone soft. I liked the days when they made them walk up stairs into boiling hot lighting. The entrepreneurs were sucked dry before they even spoke a word. It made for better TV in my opinion.
