Really disturbing ,,,,It is timely, the Opposition has acted , the submission of the Impeachment motion of the CJI of India....Very clearly, the hon, CJI alone is responsible for this unprecedented act on the part of politicians,!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!The people’s faith in judiciary has eroded, every verdict by Supreme Court or high court is seen with suspicion in recent times,!!!!!!!
The answer has to come from within the judiciary to protect arguably the most important citadel of the Indian democracy and it's reputation.

Why should they wait. While he is doing wrong. If they approach to CJI and given a written letter so what else CJI want. Secondly if they wait and the wrong decision was taken by the junior who is responsible and what is wrong if the facts come to public and it is clear that CJI is giving favor to the government.

Justice A P Shah is talking about transparency in allocating the work has come many times and at the time of Justice Deepak Mishra four Justices who came out at press and later they had meeting and resolved the matter.
Now is it that this matter will come out every time a new Chief Justice.
Karan Thapar has been talking from his point in order to expose the Chief Justice rather the actual working.

It seems that the neev processes of administration within the Supreme Court have been fragile, vague or at worst in the contrary to the spirit of justice in our constitution - lack of collaboration, transparency, fairness.

Karan Thapar played best to save his friend Kapil Siqbal and Congress by posing look alike difficult questions to interviewee but clear point that I take from this interview and from Justice Chalemeswar about present crisis of judiciary is out of egoism among CJI and four senior judges if not a result of competition from either side to serve their political boss. On this I consider CJI seem got benefit of doubt because of this few reasons. 1. as said SC have no established guidelines on position and function of SC on CJI with other judges particularly on roster allocation. 2. the practise of random allocation of roster is long tradition. 3. crises may have occurred as a result of CJI acting little more authoritatively taking advantage of non standard procedure or four senior judges acting more to bring down the status of CJI as mere one among equals. 4. either side competing to fulfill the interest of their political boss among others. But one contradictory of four judges is if they say that important cases are not given and should be given base on seniority then how they give presser on appointment of Junior chief justice of HC for SC?

Rubbish! "Master of Roster" The practise has not changed since independence and current CJ is following the same.
Only difference is the current CJI is not following orders of Congress and is working more independently whereas the previous ones had always been following the orders of those who appointed them (Read Congress). Thus no question was ever raised on them but now if someone is not allocating cases as per your wishes you all seem to be too angry with the same practise you guys yourself have been taking advantage of for years.

mr . thapar - your question of whether it is right for justice misra to preside over his own case to decide his own powers is not appropriate .
because - firstly before putting this question you expect justice gagoi to have solution of this problem( when he acting as a cheif justice ) , and for that he should do the same thing what justice misra is doing now .
secondly , you already read that CJI is not a only a post for anyone for 1 or 2 years , it will exist forever , no matter many CJI 's come and go. so justice misra is not presiding for himself but for an institution for an sysytem , to brought change in sysytem , as justice chamleshwar wanted.
