There are less than 9% judges of good reasonable quality like Justice Murlidharan. Most judges, like police, doctors, professors are hindu rashtar extremists who don't want to preserve the secular credentials of India. Hurdles and above all these things The

    of Political implications and problems
faced by people in the Country is important. When such High Profile
    cases not taken, people's reaction
Will always will be like this. But, the
    Judges should not get disappointed
or get frustrated on such things.
For them Law and Constitution are
    of Paramount importance and should
not care about such reactions. But,

How does morality a subjective attribute, Mr. Singhvi? Please clarify.

  • @harshvardhan3668
    @harshvardhan3668 4 года назад

Mr. Singhvi makes a nuanced argument about interpretation of 'morality' mentioned in Article 26 of the Constitution. His argument is that this morality mentioned in the Article cannot be decided by subjective opinions judges. While constitutional morality may not have a place while interpreting plain words of an article, morality as mentioned in the article definitely needs to be interpreted as something. It's indeed a difficult question to answer as morality is inherently subjective in nature. The question then arises is whether there is something called 'objective morality'. It would be interesting to see what the Supreme Court does after hearing the arguments now that the matter has been referred to a higher bench. J. Nariman has stated in his judgment declining the review that there are no arguments made which were not made earlier when the main petition was decided. Therefore, there was no occasion to re-hear the case.

It is quite unfortunate for the people of India as they don't have suitable advocates or judges to deal the cases fully upto last seven judges benches. The cases are not exhausted till that level. For example EVM hacking case is not exhausted till seven judges bench just like Ayodhya issue.
As a result BJP came to power without proper mandate.
The farmers iof amaravathi have gone to international court as they are not getting justice in Indian courts.
Why parties and advocates are not filing review petitions in supreme Court till all levels are exhausted. Why they are not utilising human rights commissions as their voting rights are criminalised and not able to vote properly and supreme Court is not allowing the VVPat slips counting. Why these parties and advocates are not filing international court to do justice in EVM tampering as there is sufficient evidence to prove manipulation in voting machines.

I beg to disagree with you.. In Sabrimala the menstruating women are not allowed because of tradition with some reason, there is no discrimination.

I think these courts are also or partly like Godi Media. Take the matter of CAA first Even the killing of Delhi could have avoided. We call these judges as highly learned with lot wisdom.

Abhishek Manu Singhvi the Writer. Abhishek Manu Singhvi the Politician. Abhishek Manu Singhvi the Advocate.
All three are three different individuals they aren’t same friends.

On the topic of there not being enough judges, everything cannot grow at geometric speed like the population, specially things which require time to develop, e.g. highly skilled professionals in medicine, engineering, law, accounting, etc. who grow in numbers at an arithmetic rate. And so now we're suffering.

One of those disappointing interviews from Mr. Thapar, where all he is trying to do is put words into the mouth of the guest, to get something controversial or sensational out of the interview. Despite being a highly learned and experienced journalist, you obviously don't succeed with those tricks in front of an advocate, that too with somebody of the stature of Mr. Abhishek Singhvi. An advocate is very chary of using irresponsible words for both praise and criticism. He is a practising advocate at probably the zenith of his career. You can't expect him to thrash the Supreme Court and all the judges left right and center, just to comply with the interpretations of the interviewer.
I had wished this interaction to be so much more fruitful and interesting.

    50 hearings a day that's too much.
