Do not do it. After dot you write phonemes separated by spaces. For romaji it is not necessary. eg. "ka" is the same as ".k a", "shi" is ".sh i" The dots in my songs are from other program which is generating it. I don't remove it. Let me know when you create anything. I am curious.
