Michelle Obama has become one of the most famous and inspiring people of this past decade. Most people know her as the wife of former United States President Barack Obama and the first African-American First Lady, but did you know that she has devoted her life to volunteering, helping people in need, and is a best-selling author of her autobiography Becoming? There’s one more thing she’s well-known for. Speeches. Not only will I be highlighting the skills she uses to be an amazing public speaker, I’ll also compare her techniques to her husband in the first ever Public Speaking Couples Battle! Best speaker ever! I love Michelle Obama and I miss her so much as First Lady, but I’m so grateful she’s in our lives. I like to call her Forever First Lady. My opinion though.

Hey David it’s me Rhyann. I just went through surgery on my stomach and before I got to the room I watched some of your vids on another phone😂. Thank you for helping me, it means the world to me. Yesterday I didn’t sleep because the pain was intense and I kept puking but now I’m feeling a lot better than I was yesterday.

I would honestly love to see a video of a comedian reaction just to see how good they really are. I took an improv class and I can see how they could easily be in the 100's too. Crazy talent!
I would really love to see your reactions to public speakers in comedy. It would be cool to have you analyze the different types of speakers in comedy. On a video I recently watched you made a comment about how emotional you can get. I personally think that's amazing. It's very genuine and your videos never fail to make me smile! Might sound random. Sorry.😅 I didn't think you would see it if I commented on that one since it was a little while ago.
I just love the Obamas so much! They are relationship goals, career goals, parenting goals, just life goals in general. The epitome of class with a down to earth earnestness. Chef's kiss perfection! All the happiness and best wishes in the world to them!

Hey david, just a video idea, can you make a tier list of all the the public speakers youve reviewed so far similar to those in youtube from s-tier to d-tier.
Im just curious how it would go, since there are a lot of good speakers out there, but knowing that comedians and youtubers are most likely gonna hit that 100-ish score, it would really be interesting to see who tops those spots.
It doesn't have to be now, since i know that your gonna be reviewing a lot more to widen the selection, just a video idea :)

How possible would it be to track public speaking skills when you're looking into Podcasters, like the McElroy Brothers? Those 3 brothers in particular have videos up on RUclips, but normally you wouldn't see Podcasters in actions, you would only listen to them. And because of that, I feel as if a good handful of these skills would be viable, but it would be interesting!

Hello David, I absolutely love your videos and you as a person but I started noticing that you keep talking about the same maybe 30 of the 110 skills. I understand that's probably because those are the ones everyone uses (this video actually had 1-2 new ones) but would you ever consider making a video about some of the rarer ones or maybe quickly going over all of them?

You should react to TheActMan. He's a game reviewer and he recently hit 1 million subscribers. I don't know what it is but in my opinion he's really good at dissecting stories and the gameplay involved with them, and he does it in a way that keeps my attention to the point where sometimes when I'm working I'll just listen to the audio and without the visuals his point is still stated very clearly to me on what he's talking about. He seems to know alot about storytelling and public speaking and it'd be cool to see you dissect that.

I felt *pretty sure* Michelle was gonna outperform Barack, but I guess it makes sense that the warmth I associate with her isn't *necessarily* more "rhetorically compelling" than the devices that her husband uses. Ahh well. I still love listening to them both.

The scoring difference between the two was interesting. I wonder what some of the people you have reacted to before in the past might score (Pewdiepie, KSI, ETC) on this scale and where they would place. I’ve seen others comment this, but to increase the chances of you seeing it, I would like to additionally add that I’d like to see you review a comedian or a speaker who scores above 100. Maybe it would be a good idea to review the speaker who got the highest score you’ve ever reviewed
I personally feel like Michelle's a better public speaker. She's just more relatable and more pleasant to listen to. She just invoke more emotions in others.

I really love these videos, even though I don't really remember the numbers, I'm retaining the core concepts of public speaking and how they are being used to have the most effect which I am being able to incorporate into my life and be better than yesterday!

I love these videos so much, they really convey positivity! I think you should check out the Kennedy's speaking, wether it be JFK, RFK, or Ted. They are all amazing speakers.

Ik I’m going to get slammed for asking this. But do you think you could do an analysis President Trump’s speech after the impeachment vote. I just saw it on the news and was very curious what you thought of it from a public speaking standpoint. That is all. Not trying to pull any political points I swear, I’m just curious.
