Does 1% or 0.1% low(s) actually feel shuttery or laggy in the game? How much is the difference b/w 3060 and 4060 when it comes to 1% and 0.1% lows ? What to buy...4060 is considered now...but that low(s) conflicts....any way to go with mods on 3060 for FPS , OR 4060 with 1-0.1% lows in few games? ....that is not even there at slightly lower settings...at least for 1080p 60Hz monitor that I will use for next 3-4 years.
