Keep encouraging us! You have mentioned things that I have not thought of getting rid of.... One thing being shoe boxes. I am guilty of keeping them too! I will get rid of them right away :)
I’ve had so much shit since I first moved out. I’ve kept so much sentimental stuff but I’m realizing as I get older all I’ve done is make it a pain in the ass for moving and I have BOXES of shit put away in closets I won’t touch until I move again
@@Mortenb1995 I’ve gotten rid of most of the bullshit I was lugging around. Condensed it down quite a bit actually now I only got large totes filled with shit. Would love to go through it again and get rid of a whole tote full but it’s actually hard now that I’ve went through my shit 2 times already
@@TheCrazzyGuy11 nice! Same here at least 2 times, but I haven't been thorough to where I really took each thing and considered so I need this. For me the struggle with getting rid of my bullshit I realized has a lot to do with money, because I've spend some money on that let's say 15-20$ I feel like I "waste" that money if I get rid of it, in reality I already lost it, and the items don't provide anything other than taking up space so the stuff I use have less space. For instance my bisycle is basicly rusting and rotting up atm, standing outside and as itrains 24/7, my storage shed is full of boxes, nearly to the brim(y kno to the brim is some statement, where you really can't push a single box no matter how you squeeze it in, and it almost flow out when you open) there's maybe 25 boxes and other stuff in there and I have to clear slot out for my bicyle. I care about my bisycle and its also a 1k$ bike yet it just degrade and can be stolen and the shed is a mess to get into. Anyway I watched a video where he talked about that with just because you spend money on something doesn't means it wasted if you throw it out or sell it, the item has provided value for you at some point, and if it doesn't anymore it should be gotten rid of. Even as I say this, I am not that good at it, but I taking a leap of faith when I get cleared up in my new place and will try to look at it a different way so I can keep what is truely useful, old collections of dvds and childhood stuff, 10,20$ stuff has to go
Cosmetics have a symbol that looks like a box with a number (usually 6, 12 or 24) next to it showing how long to keep it after opening! This video is too relatable... BRB going to sort out my sock drawer and receipt pile 🙈
If I threw out socks that didn’t have a pair I wouldn’t have any socks 🤣🤣 lol great video. You pointed out a lot of tips most ppl probably don’t think about.
Unfortunately even though you shouldn't have to say that TONS of people don't have that recycle mindset. For example my 23 and 25 year old cousins from the south couldn't believe that I never roll down the window and throw my trash out! Anyways, a friendly reminder to all your fans, Good will stores will recycle any fabric they deem not usable....clothes, dishtowel, etc. I throw them in the donate bag and take them to goodwill, what they can't use they will recycle for you. Love your channel Ash!
Great video 💕 I don't know if anyone else can relate to this, but its like my missing containers just get up and walk 😂 jk but I would give/ send food for friends and family and my containers will never return. So honestly I dont have any to declutter 😂

Love this!!
The missing container and lids is a good one. My one question is where do they always disappear too😂
Pull the drawers out and they're there
Deep clean n reorganize ur kitchen.. It will be ther
Love all of your tips! (Shoe boxes work great as draw dividers for socks, etc.) 😊
Great video! You’ve inspired me to declutter my makeup and bathroom cabinet. It feels great to get rid of the clutter!
So proud!
I've never receieved a birthday card in my life

Lmao, sadly it's relatable but I now try to actually throw it out, but it's not easy
