Calculating Hourly Rates for a Contractor or Small Business

In this video, I go over how to calculate hourly rates for a contractor or small business!
There are two ways to go about calculating your hourly rate as a contractor or small business.
You can either calculate it based on a salary that you would like to have each year or you can base your hourly rate on your experience.
I choose to base my hourly rate on my experience. This allows me to continue to increase my rate based on my experience.
By basing your hourly rate on your experience it helps you not to get too inflated in your head thinking you are worth more than what you are when you are first starting out.
