if there are severe loopholes in the judgement of lower court , administrative action can be taken against them by highcourt. recently two civil judges were suspended .
Sir while explaining Art 7, you quote an example of an employee comes with MoM of a DPC. Let say his seniority is the matter in issue & that MoM of DPC are the relavant facts determining the criteria & reason for not being promoted. If an aggrieved employee feels discriminated and as you said that none can be compel for MoM disclosure as in ArT 7, how can he get relief ?
