Hi Christy, I just love this! I bought the piece and love the arrangement. Not only is it well arranged, I am pleased that my fingers will be doing "an exercise" while practicing. Thank you for performing this - it helped me with some of the fingering.

@@LearningtheHarp No, not really. There is so much repetition in both hands throughout the piece. I do think that the rhythm is a bit tricky. I liken it to rubbing your stomach and patting your head at the same time! It is a great exercise for the 1,2,3 fingers in the right hand.

Nice to hear from you Julien!! Ja, I've shocked my teachers and myself with my quick progress :D My harp teacher called me a "harpist on steroids" and tells me I don't need lessons anymore, haha! A harp multitrack would be a fun idea!! I'll put some thought into it.... Mmmm. Also, I should add harmonies when I record my singing with harp. I'm getting into a good rhythm with recording now that I have more time for it, so these creative ideas would be great to keep things more interesting! Thanks for the comment.

+Christy-Lyn's music I do a lot of arranging! I primarily play the Theatre Organ, and since each organ was made differently there isn't any music written for them. Usually I start with piano music and arrange from there. It's tough, but fun when it's done!

I seldom play piano now... It's not that I don't like it anymore, it's just that harp is the focus of my career now. But I did play my piano a little bit the other day! :)

Wouldnt be fair if i wasnt honest, i really dont like coldplay because the compositions are extremely simplistic and bland. I do like you're being original and able to play other things and all, but cant really say i think this is appropriate for a harp in my ears. :) Sorry christy. If i could make any suggestion, i dont know if you know it but i tend to play music of it on guitar sometimes; The Final fantasy (game) series has alot of music that is appropriate for harp and such instruments. ;) (especially final fantasy 6 7 8 and 9 ) Just so you know. Thanks for your honest feedback! Yes this is a very repetitive tune but amongst other pieces in my set list it's nice to have something different :) Thanks for the suggestion of Final Fantasy music. I'll check it out!
