    Thanks for the video! I'll definitely be making use of those websites this holiday season as I start buying seeds for next year! It's been a little hard to find out what's local to my exact region so it's a HUGE help

    Prairie Moon nursery has a native region tab on most of their plant descriptions. Super easy to see if a plant is native to your area. The book 'Raising Butterflies and Moths in the Garden 2nd ed' by Dziedzic has region maps for mentioned butterflies/ moths and the host plants needed for the larvae. If a butterfly is native to your area, the host plants will, necessarily, also be native so that will give you some guidance.
