Carrot Cake RECIPE | Gaely Cake

Ingredients:
350 grams, raw grated carrots
80 grams toasted cashew nuts (or any nuts of your choice)
200 grams crushed pineapple, drained (optional)
260 grams all-purpose flour
100 grams granulated white sugar (sugar 1)
1 tsp baking soda
1 and 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 and 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
4 large eggs, at room temperature
150 grams granulated white sugar (sugar 2)
2 teaspoon vanilla
240 ml vegetable oil
