    Thank you so much. This is one of my favorite meals to eat. Especially sheep tongue after a night of drinking. Can you say Sunday dinner 😁

      Oh yes, after a night of libations souse is the preferred meal (hangover remedy). It's best fresh, hot, with lots of pepper and lime. It should clear ya sinus, so if ya ain't sweating, it ain't working 😄

      Thank you for the question. The water should cover the protein/meat.

      Yeah you supposed to throw the water off but I personally don't.

      Throwing the first set of water off is essential for me. Allows the lime & pepper to shine, IMO!! 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽
