They emailed me 2-3 weeks ago and said they "fixed" it. I haven't had time to test it. I played during the free multi-player weekend and did the challenge there and it worked just fine. Another substitute I found is do the challenge on cod mobile
@duvalrider1140 Get on cod mobile on your phone or tablet. Pair your controller up to it, then play multi-player. That's the only thing I can say that'll work. Or just buy the whole game and play multi-player online

It does not work still. You have to either do it on multi-player or cod mobile multi-player
