My package order arrived last week and not very many dead bees. Checked them yesterday and they look good. Drawing out foundation from mason jar feeders. Another quality package from Barnyard Bees!

I'm doing the same setup one dip 5 frames bottom and one on top 5 frames medium,and I hang the boxes on trees for sworms

I bought a queen from you this week. Had a swarm arrive and no queen. They took to your queen perfectly. She’s still in the box but I can tell they have accepted her because she’s sitting on the screen being touched by colony.
Not a bad idea but our packages are installed end of march and mid April here, too cold for this method at those times in the North East.
Question. I like to walk through the woods. But, sometimes I hear bees buzzing around. Makes me a little nervous because I am alone and probably can't outrun them if they chased me. What should you do if you are in the woods and you perhaps get too close to a nest, and some bees, wasps, or hornets start coming after you? I know swatting at them only makes it worse. Is there anything you could do to scare them away, like blow a horn or spray something? Should I be taking something with me in case I get stung several times? How far are they going to chase you? How far are you going to have to run? Would they sting you if you pour, spray, or wipe something they don't like over your body? There must be something that would repel them.
There is. Show no fear. Bees know when your adrenaline is high.
this system works out very good but make sure weather is 60 plus Fahrenheit
So no ZomBees
All the packages i have used had very little dead bees wonder why
Its rare to have a lot of dead bees.
Nothing to worry about my people. It’s actually the easiest thing you’ll do beekeeping. 👍🏻😉
