Thank you so much. You're the only person I have found that's had the information. Cheers mate. Edit: let me add that I was looking for the GT5 to FS-3A binding specifically.
Thanks! I saw it on youtube also but was not a direct speak from the GT5...or the FS-3A. So i decided to hit the jackpot words! :P You know, they want people to buy the 15€ receivers... and forget the 6€ ones....lol
Cool! now I know it does bind without any issue, got few FS-A3 laying around for some time. So right now, can make use of it. Thanks for sharing buddy~
You can make them talk, by fudging the steps. HOWEVER, a GT5 and A3 are never exclusively bound, just kinda. When a GT5 is bound to a BS6 and on the GT5 you attempt to click over to another truck, you get a message saying you are not allowed to switch trucks until you power down the receiver currently bound. HOWEVER, when the GT5 is talking to an A3-equipped rig, you can keep turning on other A3-equipped rigs that have previously gone through the bind process (up to 19 in theory) and watch them all steer at the same time, back up, go forward. I am told that this does not create interference with other owners' trucks. I very much hope this is true.
What is the maximum voltage with which that FS A3 receiver can be powered?. Isn't that 6.5?. The batteries you use have more don't they? It's just that I'm a rookie.
6.6v 2s life voltage is safe. Also being using it on 7.4v BEC for about 2 hours and still runing good :P Not saying it's 7.4v ready or capable but one of mines is still runing after 2 hours of having 7.4v in the FACE! :)
I bought one and thought it was faulty, then I watched this video and fixed it. But I remember that this rx accepts from a minimum of 4 v up to a max of 6.5 v and two lipo in series in my opinion are not good.
@@CS-qk2dj Like some models of this brands .. Flysky / Turnigy / Absima all are clones of each other, meaning compatible with each others both RX or TX in specific models... There are more like Spektrum / Turnigy Orange or like Kyosho / Carson.... Those are the Ones i know...
It works! Even clones from other brands like Absima same procedure..i know cause i got an Absima radio same as the gt5 for my son... What radio and what receiver (exact writing on it) you are trying to bind? As to make it legit and true you can see the comments below...when more people are saying it works... You defenetly missed some step ... Or using other system.... See the video again and again and pause to understand the steps..you need to switch off radio when the leds blinks slowly and put it on again to get a red solid led...and are you using the bind plug on the right channel on receiver?
Every video on youtube should be like this. No bs, only what is needed.
Thanks! Yep! Straight to the point! Life things already taking a bunch of time...so just what the title says! :)

Thank you so much! Finally I no longer need to keep buying the BS-6 when I don't need all the channels or accelerometer!
Exactly what happened to me. But i do like the ones with gyro ) to...more expensive! Still cheap!

Thank you lol
Can you run rear steer with this set up
Don't know that! ....
Can you bind a transmitter and receiver of 2 different brands?
ONLY if they are clones...and even from same brands like Futaba or Spektrum they are not all compatible with each other...
@@TargetingXmod_RC what do you mean by clones?
