Just curious though,do you keep the dial in the bottom of the inside,open or closed when using.i lost my instructions, this isn't mentioned in the video,and what that part actually used for.kinda sounds like a stupid question but I don't want to do anything wrong

@@nowfoods I just received my Ultrasonic Glass Swirl USB Oil Diffuser, and there is a valve in the inside of the base with arrows pointing left for Open and right for Close. Should this be turned to open before filling the diffuse with water? Or should the valve be left closed?
