This is my next car for sure. It has everything I want. Has some nice colors too. Looking at the metallic yellow 💛
Congrats buddy !
Picked up a prestige in turbo blue! Previous car was a 2015 A3 2.0, you can feel the difference. A very nice driving car.
Warning, don't test drive it. You'll walk a way with a new car in hand.
Nice driving grandma!
Try the both driving in your video.
Performance and daily ...
I have the Adaptive Suspension in my S3 which is standard here in Australia. I set the Suspension to Comfort Mode. Makes a Difference which is great as the quality of our roads are so variable. Torque Kicks in at 2000rpm.
I love this car soo much. It looks so good with or without black optic package. I got the 2022 model Daytona Gray w the optic package, premium plus with every upgrade possible, sport & technology package, uograded seats, sound, black logo trim, everything. Got it 2 weeks ago for just $37k. Brand new I think it was $57k. It did have 32k miles on it but was worth the $20k savings. I'm coming from a Nissan Maxima 2005 so quite the jump.
Sitting in it fits like a glove, Bang & Olaffson (sp?) speakers banging. It's fun and fast enough for me. I'd get in trouble with an RS3 so this is good. I love it.
My story is exactly the same as you !! Same spec same savings it was a no brainer im hopefully getting the keys for delivery this week i'm interested to knowhow the car has treated you and any tips now you've had it for over half a year?
@@nickrodnooriafshar8599 I'm retired and I don't drive it much. Just a few thousand miles in a year and one trip to Las Vegas. It is a pleasure to drive to this day. Its due for oil change in 20 days (It reminds me) but my 40 & 50 mile checkups are free. It looks as good as day one. No complaints, no problems. I'm chicken and only got it up to 117. Drove smooth as butter. I will say though driving in sport mode sucks a$$ on gas. Much better but kinda boring if you drive the conservative mode. Its a sexy ass car for sure. Hope you enjoy it as much as I do mine. Congratulations.
@@markuclamusic to my ears thank you for the reply and insight such a marvel and am very excited !! Cheers !
I have the previous gen A3 and I’ve been wanting the A5 for a while now, but the new S3 is so nice. Might be smart to get this one first and wait for the next gen A5 in the next few years 🤔
The s3 is even faster than the a5 lol I’m happy with my s3
@@AdamS32828I think the 2025 A5 is out. What a beautiful car. It appears they're not gonna have the A4 or they're gonna make the even numbered series Electric instead. Find and check out the new A5.
@@markuclaIt’s pretty cool! I ended up getting a used ‘18 S5. Got a great deal and I love it
@@AdamS32828 I really haven't met an Audi I didn't like. I could make a case for owning all of them. Congrats on your 18 S5. It sure its glorious.
It doesn’t have the adaptive suspension tho, did you try one with adaptive suspension?
I liked how he pretends the car has active suspension 😂😂😂
Me gusta el Audi
I’m down to either a fully loaded 2023 all black S3 or the mid level A5. Both around the same price. No kids. 50 years old. Don’t need to haul much around. Live in Vancouver. Owned only GTI or R my entire life. S3 is all I need but the A5 looks more mature and manly. Want something sporty and fast and nimble. S5 is a bit too much maybe. And the V6 adds to gas costs. Any thoughts or recommendations or tips? Thanks.
Just purchased my second S3 after going to a wrangler. I missed how practical, nimble and fast the s3 is. I rarely lose to a car off the line. I Would be hard pressed to get a different car.
@@aaronsharp2383 I just can’t get over the sedan/trunk look of it. It would be a no brainer if they offered it in a hatchback. Thanks for the reply.
BMW 430 or 440 d
How hard do you think it would be to re trim the centre console to change that God awful scratchy piano black? I can almost live with it on the light switches area but I couldn't with the centre. I was just going through the Audi configurator and I can't see a factory way to do it, at least not in Australia. We don't have S3 grades here, we just get your equivalent of the top spec, with minimal options like a sunroof or blackout pack, but that's about it. All the tech, leather, electrics, sound system etc are standard. I just can not understand how Audi thinks shiny black plastic is an "in" thing to do on a premium cabin on a premium car. Weird.
I think I saw a video where a guy made a carbon fiber cut out and put it in place of the piano black. I don't see the scratches much on mine but you do see finger prints and even more so on the 10" display above it. Microfiber cloth management assistance required within.
Can’t decide this or vwdub arteon?
Dude me too!! Arteon comes with so much standard equipment tho
What- no spare tire?
