Filson is one of the worst companies to deal with. The customer service is awful especially if you need a return or exchange. After the third phone call I realized they were simply lieing to me. Product quality has gone down just like everything else made in Asia but they still charge premium prices as if it's USA made goods, which they are not. Seems to have gone down hill since being bought out by the Brentwood conglomerate. Very disappointing, never again. I've had enough.
