CBI must investigate all IAS/IPS etc who got job in last 10 years. Its impossible she is only one. There must be more such scammers in the job
CBI itself has officers who have submitted fake certificates to get into the investigative agencies..be it judges, lawyers, and doctors, and in every sphere of life, fake certificates have been used to jobs and plump postings..to board to PHD ..certificates are available at a price in the open market..hopeless situation..hopeless investigative agencies..hopeless judiciary..corrupt people deserve corrupt administration..
Yes, CBI enquiry is necessary..if I have little doubt on CBI, ED or other central government bodies about their own way of recruiting or way of enquiring to get final outcome. Is it possible?

That's usually how cancer gets detected most of the times, when there are symptoms, and when there are symptoms it has already gone too far. So yes things have to make a loud buzz to make an impact, like Nirbhaya and what not bro. Why are you so shocked? I wrote a comment about corruption in Pune corporation on another video and the issue is well known locally but no one does anything... A person was protesting for 60+ days outside corporation. No news channel, no newspaper took up the news. We can't blame a single person nor any party, this has transcended decades.
It's really sad that there are no checks and balances, if this issue hasn't gone viral, she would have escaped easily.

In today's world you cannot even open an fake bank account in some remote village, as they will verify your Adhar & Pan. Why were this basic identities not checked in Puja's case. ? How can she change names & birthdates ? If the right system would have been inplace, they could have easily caught Puja even from her Adhar & PAN identity !. or the system was compromised with help of huge amount of money ?? Some say UPSC exams were designed in 1840s and they still follow the same rules.. Time for UPSC to upgrade, they must start checking ADHAR & PAN

The Income Tax Department functions under the Ministry of Finance, Government of India. Its functions are defined in the Income Tax Act 1961. It does not issue any income certificate to a person. Its job is to make an assessment of a person's annual income, on the basis of the statutory income tax return by the person. Normally in case of individuals having mainly salary income, the income declared by a person in his return submitted is accepted without making any enquiry, unless there is any specific information about the person's suppressed income. This is done as a matter of service to ordinary citizens with middle-level income.
Otherwise if extensive enquiry is to be made in every case, it will create an oppressive tax regime which will rightly not be accepted by the society.
Therefore the learned MLC is requested to acquit herself about the functioning of the Income Tax Department, before making such sweeping allegations which are baseless and misleading.
