You'd have had a lot easier time if you used the Ray Splasher [Neon Tiger's] first BEFORE trying to hit PD with those almost-entirely-useless drills. RS is more reliable. By the way, Godkarmachine O Inary [Bit/Byte] is way harder. I've beaten PD without any capsule upgrades, and I've beaten GOI without any capsule upgrades, and GOI is WAY harder to beat without them.

Neon Tiger's weapon works well too. Didn't know that you can use Tunnel Rhino's weapon against him. Thanxs for the info.
Yha...this isn't an odd boss AT ALL. More normal then BitXByte though..
