The point of this talk is to show that the way we view a stressful situation can impact our ability to overcome our problems and even have an impact on our health. It's worth watching it!

I've been meaning to watch this TED talk for the longest time. Such a great idea to turn it into a lesson. I totally resonate with the fear of making mistakes as I'm a perfectionist (working on being less so!). At school I wanted to get things right, not take risks. I like the idea of reframing getting things wrong as being creative. Here's to having a go!
