Actually, This channel is why I'm starting to like Tom Hanks and his movies 😅 He is really great person and good at acting. I'm so admired of him and what he did.
Since I am dabbling in learning English through TV series and a wonderful woman named Ksenia, my life has been changing. I always feel relaxed and very comfortable with each new video. In a short time, I will be speaking English fluently, hands down! I have outsmarted the biggest obstacles. A big hug, and may God take care of Ksenia always.❤❤😊
️Wow. We’re now flattered, moisessanchezlopezguerrero! Thank you so much for your kind words and support. This means the world to our team and Ksenia! Keep up the amazing work! ❤❤
Oh thanks my dear tutor about the spectacular lessons I hope I will enjoy you every single time I feel sorry because I procrastinate three lessons from yours that doesn't my fault this because of my mid-term exams I hope you will wish me a good luck in my exams now I come back on my English trail. About the examples from the third conditional here we are:- 1) if you had arrived here 5 minutes earlier you would have enjoyed us at this pretty party . 2) thank God, you didn't eat that if you had had this meal you would have been poisoned because this meat is expired . 3) if you had practice enough you would have passed your driver test.
Hey Aya! Thank you for your message! We're sure you're doing a great work. We wish you lucky and all success in your journey. Great sentences! Way to go! Aww Yeah! ❤️
Wow, the episodes from one of my favorite movies ever, thanks a lot. This film is outnumbered with interesting and intricate situations, you just can`t stop watching it till the very end. I strongly recommend watching it, as I do, but now without translation :)
Aww yeah! That's awesome! We're happy to have you aboard, faadumo! Hey, have you downloaded the RealLife English app yet? You can have the complete experience in there! reallifeglobal.com/app/
As a part-time private English tutor, I love your lessons! Catch Me If You Can is one of my favourite films, so I really enjoyed this video! Just wanted to let you know, though - there's a mistake in the subtitles around 14:30, when Tom Hanks' character introduces himself. He says 'Carl Hanratty', not 'Kyle Henry' (in fact, this is quite a teachable moment for students when it comes to listening and pronunciation, because the way he says it does, in fact, make the former sound very much like the latter, so that's an easy mistake to make). Great work as a whole, keep going strong xx
I dabbled in a financial position, but ironically, I landed this job. I drink gallons of coffee every morning before I run out to work. I've been late for work this morning as I messed up making coffee. If I had woken up early, I would have been late and my boss would have complained about me.
While we refer to it as "India ink," its true origin is in China. Historically, the ink (known as "墨" or "mò" in Chinese) was invented in China and used for writing and painting. Early ink was made by mixing soot (like carbon black) with animal glue or other binding agents. This ink was widely used in China and later spread to other Asian countries like Japan and Korea. As the ink was traded through India to Europe, the name "India ink" stuck. When it reached Europe, artists and writers there adopted it for their own work, hence the name "India ink." However, its roots are deeply tied to Chinese culture, especially in the context of Chinese calligraphy and painting. So, while "India ink" is the name we know today, its true origin and primary use are Chinese!
