They haven’t removed any power window buttons, that’s the comfortline trim which used to come with the 1.0 tsi . It had all the power windows but only front windows were adjustable from the driver’s door. Also that wasn’t rust in the rear door, it was just a lot of dirt stuck in there.

6:28 i think this polo is highline 2010 or 2011 because i also own a polo and i have noticed that in my 2011 varient you get only front window controls and rear windows can be opened or closed from the back seat

It is a comfortline model 2021 which only come with front two power window on the driver side
6:26 dear @faisalkhan , this vehicle is based on the comfort line variant due to which it does not have rear power window controls as the comforting variant in it self did not get and not done for weight reduction
