A guy with the same bike also dropped his front fender, but the tire will bottom out if the fender is too low. Looks better low but be safe on the bumps.
@@randallchunn8286 I put it about 1.5 inches above the tire, but Brenton Jones reminded me about how much the fork travels, so I'm going to raise it up about 3 more inches. I don't want it to make contact with tire on a big bump.
Update: I am going to move the fender up about 3 + inches, I forgot to take into account fork movement and I don't want to bottom out.
I like the look. Far superior in my opinion anyway.
