I'm really pulling for Mayweather in this because I do feel Connor has disrespected this sport that I love. Nobody knows the science better than Floyd and he is going to school Connor that's just the reality here.

So after he was no longer retired he switched trainers from roger to his dad, to become more defensive to have a longer career. you dont even get to age 34/35 in boxing let alone 40 without being defensive. And even in this current era he still fucked up and didnt run from ortiz (he was clowning until that shit happened winning every round) guerrero, canelo to name a few..... but in his past what he did to guys like Gatti etc was him not being focused on defense for the least bit

It's so funny to hear Conor talk about "real fighting", and that he does real fighting with MMA rules, yet he takes most of his pride in his striking/boxing. And he's actually know as one of the more novice grapplers and ground fighters. So in actuality, Floyd is leagues better than him in something he brags about, and takes the most pride in.
So I really don't get why he says he's the better fighter. Give Floyd the same amount of time of grappling training, and I bet he would be even more dangerous than Conor's overrated ass.

He's a top 1% athlete in the world, physically, and mentally. If there's a guy that could pick something up quick, it's Floyd. Give Floyd a solid 2-3 years of grappling training, and all the facets of MMA, and he would do serious damage in the sport. The guy moves quick as a cat, and has lightning reflexes. Athletes like that don't just grow on trees. He's great because of how quickly he can learn and master a technique.
Also remember, his work ethic is 2nd to none. It's downright psychotic like MJ's. Never doubt an athlete with as strong of a will as Floyd.
