For using bike in the AmmuNation in Liberty City, you could use GTA LCS... As both GTA LCS and GTA 3 are set in the same place...
In gta 4 there was no ammunation, only underground gun shop but anyway awesome and keep it up.
In GTA 4, if you kill an owner or attack him. There will be some guys who will attack you. I died many times. After I earn a reputation with Jacob. The ammunition shop became useless after all for the rest of the story in GTA 4
in 3d era of GTA games, Ammunition is essential but lacks of variety.
I argue that GTA 5 ammunition shop is worth i guess (coz i don't play the game)
I love both GTA SA and GTA V's ammunition stores because of a wide variety of weapons to buy.

I notice in GTA V about all Ammunation vendors when you aim your gun to them and they start shooting and if you killed them you can see there hand is still attached to there Assault shotgun they never let it go.

Fun fact. In GTA SA, if you shoot the store owner with a sniper rifle, he won’t die instantly. He will fire four shots at you, then there is the splat sound and he makes a funny death scream.
