Loudest Harley exhaust? CVO Road Glide Exhaust Install Tab Performance 50 Cal Slip-on and headpipe!!

- All I can say is holy crap. This pipe setup has great tone and is loud as hell. The Mrs. just installed the @TABPerformance 2-1-2 headpipe and 50 cal slip-on Mufflers with zombie baffles on her 2019 @harleydavidson CVO Road Glide. We both like loud, and these pipes deliver like I never expected. Nicely made headpipe, a nice big 5" pipe that fills the stretched bag cut-outs, and a tone like I have just never heard before. We go through the entire install process for those that have never done it before: exhaust shields, o2 sensor swap, muffler install, etc. These mufflers will work fine on a totally stock bike, but if you go for the full system including the headpipe you will need to install a high flow air cleaner and have your bike tuned. The wife's CVO Road Glide is also running an @SSCycleInc 475C Cam and stealth air cleaner with tribute cover, and was tuned with a TTS Mastertune by Billy at Alligator Alley Harley Davidson. This bike was dyno tuned at 120 horsepower and 123 pound of torque with the stock 117 cubic inch CVO motor (accept for the cam).

So I bought the TAB headers BECAUSE of this Video - so hope Tab Performance sees this. The quality you demonstrated in the shipping as well as the design of the bumpers to hold the shield in place were my ulitmate decision makers. I did not do the 50-cals, however, I went with the 4.5" BAM sticks w/ Zombie baffles. Very loud, amazing sound - thanks for putting the videos out!!!
I’m suprised how well even just a set of the 4.5s makes a fkn stock 107 sound CLOSE.
*I had the 4s on my 2019 with 468cam and catless head pipe and it sounded correct.

I have a 2019 street glide I dumped $18,000 after buying. I’ll tell you what, I did what you guys did plus the zipper redshift cam plus upgraded tune. It’s the best investment I put into my bike. I get compliments everywhere I go. She screams! Have yet to hear a betting bike. TAB is easily worth the money. Enjoy the video, thanks.
Got the TAP 4.5" BAMs and headers with Zombies on my '20 Road Glide. Wife says "I need ear plugs" when 2-up. So, ordered the 2.5 " baffles and great sound and not too loud. Happy wife....happy life. Thank you TAB! LOVE them.

I put Tab 4.5” with zombie baffles on my 2021 Road Glide 114, and it’s definitely louder than what I expected. One nice thing I’ve notice is the lack of Deceleration pop.
I bought the tab bam sticks with zombie baffles 4.5 inch last year for my 2014 flhtk. I love em. They actually get louder when I hit the 5th and 6th gear!!!!!
I have TAB performance slip-ons on my Road King. Not sure what exactly I have because they were on it when I bought it. (2020 Road King) The tips on mine are fixed with the TAB performance logo up so you can see it.

I just got a pair of Magnaflow slip ons and I'm glad I was able to before they are gone. They no longer make them (Magnaflow is done with the motorcycle exhaust game). They sound freaking amazing...
Got a pair of Magnaflow Top Gun 4.5“ as well. Thanks to Mrs. Monkey I just ordered the head pipes and now I have to remap my bike. 😫🤦♂️

Because of your video, I purchased these mufflers. I have a 2013 Roadglide w/103. Had to perform some engineering to get them to fit. I'm a welder, so I handled it...sounds amazing...thanks...

This setup on my 2020 CVO Limited is exactly what it needed. I love the sound this system gives the M8 engine. Thanks for sharing your installation and sound. Great video.

Those look bad ass,if Those were mine I would paint the face plate inside high heat flat black so it would look like a 5 in hole instead of a 2 and a half inch hole, if that makes sense, but that's just me...

I put the TAB 50 Cal w/Zombie baffles on my 107 RoadGlide Ultra yesterday. Wow.. These things blow away my previous SE(Silent Eagle) Street Cannons. The only drawback I've found to the TAB's is if you miss a shift everyone will know!

That packing paper "blanket" for the slip-ons was actually for the Boricua to place the chrome pipe covers on so they didn't get scratched up. Just sayin'!

After watching you and your Dad installing those tab pipes on his tri/glide/ Now my bike sounds like a Harley, went with the Zombies pipes for my 2022 tri/glide. Tab people seem to be really good folks, talked to them for a while and less than a week, pipes were here. They went on with out a snap, using your tip about sliding the pipe back and forth to accessing the bolts. Thanks for the help, and the review...........😀😀😀😀😀😀😀
