    Unit sold for $380. It says 2 car spots which would be amazing and under $300 hoa which makes sense because it has commercial units first floor and no amenities compared to other west loop residences.

    HOA fees? How much and what do they include? Rules? Does parking come with the unit? Annual taxes? The gotcha with these condos is always the extra associated costs but none of these videos details them.
