Funnily enough, the rags interaction actually works best when not clashing. It gets a bunch of damage from the -30, and then it explicitly heals 2 sp for every negative sp, so if you don't clash you'll be guaranteed to heal 50-60 SP after the attack finishes, and you also get that nice and spicy +~50% damage from rags and all the bonus damage from S3. In comparison you'll usually heal back to -15 on average if you clash, which only gives 30 SP healing.
yeah but I didn't want to use any skills outside of his counter, the reason I used s3 at the end was to finish the annoying vampire because he does unclashable.
I was counter spamming, didnt plan on using that passive as it wants me to use my s2. the only reason I used his s3 at the end was to skip the annoying useless fight with cassetti

you could've gotten +2 more power using Shi Ishmael's support passive (+2 counter final power, 2 envy resonance)
