I am a Taurus Moon and have been trying to stop over indulging after watching one of your videos! Also, trying to stop my procrastination. If I don't like something I should fix it right then instead of " I'll get to in in a bit". Being mindful and meditate every morning has helped set the tone for the day. It's difficult sometimes to keep it up but I always feel better when I do. Love the widget idea, something to keep me accountable!

My sleep schedule. I don't like taking naps because it messes up my sleep schedule. If I try distracting myself outside of my games I end up falling asleep after school. When I had my games I was able to go to sleep at night because they kept me focused during the day. I still walk out in my yard but I can only do it for so long.😅

I loved on how you touched on needing a purpose before we become invested in anything. Since graduating college I went through a series of traumatic events that eventually made me lose my purpose in life. I’ve been having therapy for a few years (and ongoing) as a result, and it’s slowly helping me find my purpose (and watching your videos of course ☺️) and it’s been motivating me bit by bit. I still have a long way to go, but re-finding my purpose is slowly giving me the energy to do things I wasn’t able to do in the last several years. Your videos are always so informative and I enjoy hearing the things you have to say on these kinds of topics!

Oh my gosh YESSSS no carbs in morning! I'm personally Carnivore which is a super extreme version of low carb and that works for me but oh my goodness carbs in morning sets you up for the worst sugar crash roller coaster 🎢 I loved this vid Maris! So good to see you doing this type of content ❤🎉
Meat based diets and low carb diets can help a heap with acne too babes as acne is insulin playing up and the gut brain chemistry which I'm sure you already know about. Not saying low carb is right for you, but I thought I'd put that out there for you to research if you felt drawn at all. Totally fine if not of course ❤ much love

This video literally posted at the exact time I needed it too!!! I’ve been sooo sluggish for so long and usually I can talk myself out of it bit this weekend has been hard and I have things that I need to do urgently. I foster kittens and cats and I have a bunch of them that are sick and doing all the litter boxes etc. thankfully I’m not a coffee drinker! And I tried the jumping jacks and I can’t believe what doing that simple thing helped me feel better!! Thank you! 🥰
