In Mumbai actually 0.40% apply for mpsc and upsc. Cuz there are more private jobs. Also in india mumbaikars are on top when it comes to giving GRE and TOEFL exams. I think rural parts of Maharashtra are like bihar. They don't have private jobs hence apply for Govn jobs
They are certainly not Bihar😂😂😂. Rural Maharashtra has 100 times more jobs available in retail, food industry and other manufacturing facilities and huge factories. The amount of money earned per household in maharashtra far exceeds their UP and Bihar counterparts. The reason why rural students aspire to join government services is 1. More secure job 2. The status that they have seen since their childhood 3. Lack of fluency in English. This 3rd reason is the most important one for them to not opt for going abroad, the second most important reason would be lack of money. Also our banking system is extremely flawed in this regard. A guy who owns 1 crore worth of land in a village doesn’t get a loan easily, if he does, the amount is quite less compared to the valuation of the security. On the other hand, if a person has a flat valued at 50 lakh rupees, he will get higher amount of loan as that security is considered as prime security.

सर, आपण सत्य स्थितीला अनुसरुन खूप छान वक्तव्य केलं...
प्रामाणिक पणे अभ्यास करुन सुद्धा जी मुलं UPSC किंवा MPSC पास होतं नाहीत ; अशी मुलं आयुष्याच्या वाटेवर पास झालेली असतात...
म्हणून आपण खचून न जाता, त्या स्थितीतून सामोरे जायला पाहिजे...
आपण जरी स्पर्धा परीक्षेमध्ये Fail असलो तरी, त्या स्पर्धा परिक्षेमधून मिळालेल्या ज्ञानामुळे आपण इतरांपेक्षा खूप Best आहोत.
कारण की, त्या पुस्तकांनीचं आपल्याला शिकविलेलं असतं की, माणूस म्हणुन कसं जगायचं...
त्या पुस्तकांनीचं आपल्याला इमानदारी, प्रामाणिकपणा, आणि माणुसकी शिकवलेली असते...
म्हणून आपण निराश होऊन न जाता, हा विचार करायचा की, या स्पर्धा परीक्षेच्या अभ्यासामुळेचं आपल्या विचारांमध्ये खूप चांगलं परिवर्तन झालेलं आहे.
आणि याचं सदविचार आणि विनम्रतेमुळे आपण Life मध्ये कधी Fail होऊचं शकतं नाही...

आपली माहिती थोडी अपुर्ण आहे कारण मुंबई व कोकणातील मुले स्पर्धा परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण होत नाही.
पीएसआय झाल्यावर हुंडा नाही घायचं ठरवलं तर पण तू accidently psi नाहींचं झाला तरी पण पोरगी देतो असा पालक बनवता का तुम्ही 😂 जे चाललंय ते 100% बरोबर चाललंय.

खरंच दोष आहे.
पालकांना दोष देण्यात काही अर्थ नाही. कारण मुलं बहुतेक शेतकरी कुटुंबातून आलेली असतात व बहुतेक अशिक्षीत असतात.खरं तर समाजाने उगाचच एक हवा केलेली असते हा विद्यार्थी हुशार आहे. तर तो विद्यार्थी अधिकारी होऊन गावात येणारच हे दाखवलेलं सवपन,आणि तो समाज अशिक्षीत असल्यामुळे त्या मुलाला त्या समाजाच्या अपेक्षा आपल्याला पुर्ण करायला हव्यात असं कळतनकळत त्या विद्यार्थ्यांवर असतं
पण त्या विद्यार्थ्यांनी आपल्या हुशारीचया ,ज्ञानाचा उपयोग करून आपण समाजाचं, स्वताच किंबहूना कुटुंबाच ,तसेच आता अजून नवीन मुलं जी ह्या चक्रविहात जाण्यासाठी उसहसूक आहेत.त्याचे ही भलं करू शकतो हे ह्या स्पर्धा परिक्षे चे विद्यार्थी जे हया अनुभवातून गेलेले असतात तेव्हा त्या ह्यातून बाहेर पडून सिध्द करून ,नवीन मुलं अडकणार ह्या साठी मदत गार ठरू शकतात हे विद्यार्थी ना समजणे गरजेचे आहे.
