  • Paranasal Sinus Disease are common in Maxillary sinus.
    Radiographic appearance of Mucous retention cyst ,Radicular cyst ,and Mucosal Thickening are in differential diagnosis to one other.
    Mucosal Thickening is an inflammation of the mucous membranes in the paranasal sinuses. Mucous retention cyst in a pseudocyst caused by accumulation of mucus.
    Radicular cyst is an odontogenic lesion starting in jaw the apex of an infected tooth.

    The roots of the maxillary first and second molars have been shown to be in an intimate relationship with the maxillary sinus floor Roots or whole teeth can accidentally be displaced in the maxillary sinus during extraction.
