This tutorial is a must for anybody starting out in Juggling . I started 7 months ago and have come a long way following Taylors tutorials. There's no bigger thrill in juggling than to learn a new pattern. THEY WORK
Taylor, have you tried Chuka Chucks juggling balls? It percussive rhythmic juggling... The dude who invented them has a number of wonderful tutorials. I'd LOVE to see you in a video with them!
I had no idea juggling would be so damn much fun! Especially when juggling to music 🙂 It's crazy how fast I was able to learn these tricks. I struggle one day, then wake up the next day able to do them. Your tutorials are perfect!
@@TaylorTries Shud I try learning the tricks with both hands ???? Or is one enuf ? N shud I learn all the tricks at 3 and 4 balls and then proceed to learn to juggle 5 balls .... I can juggle 4 balls .... 2 up 2 down type .... Not the cascade
@@bondjames-bond7664 For these beginner tricks I think it's best to learn them with both hands, but that isn't always the case as you get further into juggling patterns (for example many jugglers don't learn Boston Mess both directions, and some jugglers don't learn the Shower both directions) I would recommend learning a lot of 3 ball patterns and a handful of 4 ball patterns before starting to learn 5. Most jugglers rush to learn 5 and you end up spending a lot more time on it than you need to. You will never be able to learn all the 3 ball patterns, but learn as many as you can! And for 4 balls I recommend knowing how to do the Fountain, Sync Fountain, Columns, Pistons, Half Shower, 552, and some Multiplex tricks before working on 5 balls. :) Hope that helps
@@TaylorTries thanks Taylor.. I learned 3 ball and especially 4 balls coz of you .... working on 3 ball tricks watching ur vids ... But I'm struggling doing tricks with the left hand ... Coz I'm a right hander !!!!
Still shaky with 3ball cascade, can only do 5 catches reliably but sometimes go up to 14. Great tutorial, fun even if I won't start these tricks for a bit, Will save this for later! :)
I've been juggling for 5 days, 10 min here and there, but less than an hour a day. Its so fun. I manage the 3ball cascade after 1-2 days with my low budget bean bags. I made myself a juggling ball set out of rice and socks and those feels much better. Im glad so see tutorials like this, these tricks I will learn in no time. Im getting better of juggling so fast. Thank you !
I love that you show in your videos when you mess up. It really helps beginners understand that you don't have to be perfect to enjoy juggling~ If a ball falls, simply pick it back up!
Yes, this totally helped. I’m a PE teacher with ok basic skills. I can almost do all these things now. My daughter has totally surpassed me and can now do everything you just did in this video as she watched it. Thank you!
I am from Argentina and started learning how to jugle 20 days ago. I recently finish all this tricks. I have watched different videos about it . Nobody makes de tricks look so simple and pretty as you. Fresh is a perfect word for what you do.

I learned my 3 ball cascade a little less than a month ago. I loved learning these tricks, and never thought I would love juggling this much! I can’t wait to learn some more tricks!
Finding your channel years after you've started it, but I have to say that I'm glad I did. You are an excellent teacher! Your casual but very clear and deliberate instruction is so informative and makes juggling super approachable for a beginner. Also, you have such an enjoyable personality and your videos are so well produced. I became an immediate fan and you had me 3-ball cascading within a week! Much appreciated.
I've been juggling intermittently, for decades. I learned how to do Mill's Mess probably before you were born from some pro jugglers that did an awesome free weekly clinic in the mid '90s. Your tutorials are awesome. Thank you!
That’s insane! I can’t do the reverse cascade! My balls are always flying higher and higher. And on third throw i have no space to throw the ball. What’s wrong ?
@@karinjavorkova7791 i could sort of do the reverse cascade, however after practicing the half shower and jugglers tennis for some time, the reverse cascade came more natural
Adam yes, i was practicing the half shower and tennis for long time also one up two up, so it wasn’t my first trick. But the reverse cascade was hard for me. After two weeks i noticed, i am throwing the ball to my hand and not to middle of my body , so i haven’t space to throw that other ball. But now i can do it very good and i started to practice windmill
YES! I've been waiting for this! Also got myself a pair of your practice balls early this month and they're SO much better than the tennis balls I've been using 😅😅
When I got back into juggling after a while I was using tennis balls too. Then got a nice set of quality bean bags. They do make a big difference compared to tennis balls.
For some reason I woke up today and wanted to learn how to juggle, I searched you tube and found you then bought your balls! I will learn as soon as my balls get here and Im very stoked to have found you!! I look forward to learning this new skill! Thank you T much love and respect!!
Awesome video! I just figured out tennis and 2 up 1 up (or columns?) today and I feel so proud! I was having trouble with 2 up 1 up and what helped me was to just take two balls and do 1 up 1 up if that makes sense. I spent so much time practicing throwing from one hand to another in cascade, I essentially didn't know how to throw straight up and catch with the same hand. Doing 1 up 1 up with only two balls was exactly what my brain needed to progress on that trick.
I learned how to juggle in high school, almost 40 years ago. I did it for a while, but never got too technical. I pocked it up again about 2 years ago, after about 25 years, bought some new equipment from Juggling Warehouse, got my 15% off with your code. I didn’t do much last year. Starting up again this year. Using your videos, starting with your easy tricks, most of which I used to be able to do fairly well, all those years ago. This year I am bound and determined to learn at least one of the more advanced tricks.
We are taking a unit on developing fine motor skills through juggling with our grade 5 students. Your content is really very helpful. Thank you so much.

I’m happy to report I have learned four of the five Easy Juggling Tricks. I’m working on trick five. I really enjoy your videos. I have just purchased six of your signature juggling balls from Juggling Warehouse. I have already purchased three of your juggling clubs. I’ve learn to juggle three clubs watching your club video. Now I’m trying to learn how to do Double Spins with the clubs from your video. Thanks for teaching me the fun art of juggling 😊

Taylor, thank you for these tutorials. I recently started learning and your videos are some of the clearest I've found. Definitely my go-to resource. I was really struggling with 1-up 2-up (I have been able to juggle a 3 ball cascade and nothing else for decades) and I thought I would offer another way to think about it that I found really helped me unlock the trick. Start by juggling two balls in your dominant hand, a bit like in the first part of Taylor's 4 ball video. Once you are comfortable doing this, all you need to do is add in a vertical toss and catch by your non-dominant hand.
I'm super into juggling and nunchucks I found the nunchuck channel for me and this will probably be the one I go to for juggling. Really liked his stuff
Thanks very much for these! I learned the 3 ball cascade on my own and as soon as I tried the 1 Up 2 Up, I was really terrible. Made me go back and focus on my technique, which I learned was terrible! I managed to qualify the trick once in a day of learning after. I picked up Tennis a lot quicker because of that as well. Still a long way off being comfortable with them but if your cascade isn’t on form then these tricks will be 100x more difficult. Thanks very much for being an awesome teacher!
Because of the way you teach you have made my first step in juggling successfully and now I am looking forward for the next step. You made my lockdown go smoothly during the lockdown, much love from Sydney Australia.
Had my balls a month now and I'm 3 ball cascading so well it's getting a little..boring even. Learnt the 1 up 2 up over a few days and it's fun to add in. I also learnt to juggle 2 balls in one hand along the way which I think helped a lot with my cascade but I can now work that into my juggling too, super fun. Such a great hobby
Great Tip on Balancing on one leg for under leg throws I have Multiple Sclerosis I have s lot trouble lifting legs .I want to be able to do this trick again.I might try it with clubs.

Great tutorials, I'm trying to finally learn stuff beyond the cascade and I realised I've already got the basics of these from messing around with outside/reverse cascade throws years ago :D Thank you
In May of last year, I learnt how to juggle 3 and then watched this tutorial and learnt these basic tricks. A couple weeks ago I flashed 9 and a couple weeks before that, I qualified 8. I can do 6 ball half shower, 5 ball tennis, 5 ball reverse cascade and I have 7 ball cascade solid. It’s amazing how it all started with this video. So thanks I guess!!! 😂
Thank you so much for this video. I have completed all 5 tricks and even posted some of them on instagram! Though under the leg I found to be the hardest. I can say I can do it...but I will move on to some new tricks rather than master it
Great tips for great tricks !! Hard to choose only five tricks... There is also another one that I teach to the beginners : the 423 also aka W. Because this one opens the door to plenty other tricks. And for the leg tricks I "oblige" my students to try also to catch the ball under the leg (with one ball) and then to combine everything. i.e. : throw one ball with right/left hand under right/left leg and catch with right/left hand under right/left leg. Pick "right" or "left" you prefer in this sentence and try all the possibilities. It's a lot of fun ! People laugh a lot when they try. And then I scary them when I tell them that they have to try during the cascade ;-) . Keep going doing these great videos, juggling is the best hobby ever !!
I learned to juggle and ride a unicycle but I haven't learned any tricks... Wow tricks are so much fun! I found for the reverse Cascade it was easier to just go for it with all 3 balls. Your videos are amazing, I've been following you on IG but finally got around to checking out your RUclips channel and it's amazing, don't know why I waited so long!
Thank you! This was great! And after I got all these I finally got 4 balls solid! I was struggling with that but these tricks trued up my skills enough to get 4 done. You rock girl!

I just love juggling and because of you learnt it so thank you so much!!!😊❤😊❤😊❤😊❤
Really awesome watching you, great teachings!
Learned all tricks except for the under the Leg (Started practicing!)
Thanks :)!
I already had reverse cascade and tennis, but I really enjoyed filling out my arsenal >:D your throw pathing is very clear, which is a big help!
Thank you so much I can now do all of these different juggling patterns! (Well I am struggling with the 1 up 2 up but I'll eventually
Learn)
Well done. I’ve been doing cascade and reverse cascade for a while, but was looking for some alternatives. Thanks!
Learning to juggle is one of my quarantine goals and your videos have me doing it! Thank yoU!
This is great. Just what I needed to re-spark my burdgeoning skills.
Thank you so much for these! I'm in quarantine right now and your videos have helped teach me to juggle. Thx!
very helpful video, very fun tricks and a good progression from the cascade.
