aluminum tape covers any led, but I'm looking form something.. easier, someone actually made a product for this purpose

you shouldnt use white if you want to dim the light. i use clear tape and just color over the tape with black permanent marker. its a similar concept as tinting the windows in your vehicle. more layers of tinted tape = less LED light gets out.

have an hdmi splitter that lets lights from a thousand suns into my bedroom at night .. tend to just not use the damn thing lol
