I struggle with my size step when marching backwards. They always end up too small, leaving me about two more steps from my destination (in 8 to 5). Do you have any tips?
Backwards steps feel larger than they are; practice taking steps that are too large. If you somehow manage to actually take too large of a backwards step, you'll at least have a frame of reference of where to improve. Trying to take bigger steps without knowing how much bigger will get you nowhere.
