If you like building, you might also be interested in the Alleweder A4. You can build it yourself, but also apply your own skills to personalise the thing and make any improvements you like. The A4 is of aluminium, but in regards to the weight it doesn't make much of a difference... Totally different velomobile though.
To be honest I don't think the added stability of, but also friction, a 4th wheel is worth the extra money that version of the Sunrider costs. Except for the 45km/h motorized version of it, _maybe_.
This is great...the only prob i have is that velomobiles are so so so stupidly expensive. If there was a velomobile out there for a max £2000+ - i would go for it. But at around £5000....or i see that some are £10000! Absolutely ridiculous. I have cycled 25000 miles in 3 years and i would like something more substantial and solid, but im forced to make my own.
I like the design , very functional and attractive.
That settles it. I want a sunrider. I love that he custom makes each one.
I want this so much, I will probably learn how to built it. X-))) And I have never built anything.! X-)
