    Jack has serious chops and very fluid soloing with lots of colours. Surely one of the great guitarists who never got the attention he deserved.

      And he does it on a $200 guitar. This guy is phenomenal.

      Sound is so fat and warm and done a Squire at that, proving it's all in the hands.

    Tommy Emmanuel is what he is, but Jack Pearson never fails to amaze me anew each time. He just seems to get ever better with age - like some already great vintage wine.

    I am a fan of Tommy for nearly twenty years. I had known Jack on youtube. Recently I watched both jam session. Awesome. Jack perhaps played on Squier Bullet. Incredible. He can play incredible licks on any guitars but no one can play.

    Mr.Pearson has that kind of a special touch…i don’t know what is it, but you can definitely feel it. Maybe that’s indeed a mark of a master.

    Jack Pearson sounded like if Django wielded a Strat, the guy is just unreal. Incredible tone from that Squier and the chromatic runs he was nailing blew my face clean off. Tommy’s Tommy, he’s a giant and also a true performer. The Gretsch sounded really thin, guys’ a great player but it sounded like he had a wah pedal set toe down. Ice picks

      Check out his version of "Autumn Leaves" with Tommy. It will blow your mind if you like that style. Some of the best gypsy jazz improv I've ever heard.

      Jake Mitchell I watched it and yup. The guy just owns literally every genre. I watched him play from like 10 feet away at a small party Marty Schwartz hosted at Summer NAMM 2018, he was playing a Flying V tuned to C# standard like Albert King. Best player I’ve seen in person.

      Jeff Gaumond I love Tommy, but Jack can pretty much run circles around any guitarist. Both are at the top of their league though. 🙂

    Too bad Stuie French wasn’t ready when these guys were because I don’t think they gave him a chance to do anything before it was over. It looked like the middle guy passed it on to him, then took it back before Stuie could get started.
    I would say Stuie is better than both these guys put together and maybe that is why they didn’t give him his shot?

    • @da324
      @da324 Год назад +1

      Give it a break, that's not on any person's mind on that stage. However, you're delusional if you think Stuie is better than both put together. Jack's $100 unmodified Fender Squier sounded way better than that expensive tinny sounding Gretsch. The fact that you don't know who the "middle guy" is says it all.
