I think sea urchins taste like the ocean, but nice and sweet and a little salty but my favorite is Oysters with spicy sauce, garlic, and green onion. LOVE UR CHANNEL KEEP IT UP :)

I am so jealous! I have an addiction to sushi and I live in an area where the sea is what most of our jobs are built around. Weirdly enough we don't have amazing sushi and what you're eating looks so well made. Hope you enjoyed it.
