When I was writing this recipe down I felt that it was very lengthy and would probably take me forever to make but it was so QUICK! Brilliant recipe and very authentic taste 😋
I read somewhere if you caramalise onions by cooking earlier the chances of sugar increase. If you leave slightly raw and add to the end it is healthier.

So although I was skeptical I went with it without any changes (except I pureed the tomatoes instead of chopping) and it was AMAZING! Another one of my favorite go to recipe from this channel!!

Then I added the chicken into the mix and followed the chef's recipe from there on (adding tomato, cream, kadhai masala etc). it tastes like restaurant style Kadhai Chicken! thank you Chef!

Here is how I tried it.
