I doubt this turbo-supercharged hybrid 4-banger will survive to 290k without a total engine overhaul... Having said that my next lease will probably be 2023 V60 T8 recharge. I don't expect it to grenade on 3 years ownership and even if it does, it's not out of my pocket directly.
At speeds of 250 km and above it starts to feel like it lacks power like PHEV cars in general, on the other hand the engine usually moves at that speed like a 2.0t engine in general.
@@scottysvensson well, in that case what does it mean the "twin engine" in the title of the video? I think it refers to the hybrid power unit of the V60 recharge, thermal engine plus electric engine. Maybe is a promotional video made before the model entered the market. How did you reach 250 km/h? I have an XC60 T8 2018 Business, and I reached 231 km/h and it wouldn't go any further as I know it has the limiter at 230 km/h... Did you by any chance remove the limiter yourself? Then whatever, of course the V60 is much lighter than mine.

Unfortunately Volvo has since limited the top speed of its cars to 180 km/h or 112 mph In the U.S. Not sure about elsewhere.
Well a am sure tuning companies will see to that
In EU too.
Pretty sure this one has been tuned to remove vmax.
In Malaysia as well 😢😢
Here in Europe too for the bigger models like the v90 and xc90
not bad for a such heavy car

Wow any mods?
My V60 T6 hybrid only goes up till 180, speed limited by Volvo....
Get a $500 tune and it’ll take the limiter off and raise the boost on the stock turbo which will add realistically like 30 HP and maybe 50-60 Torque.
