The first home in Greenwich was full of charm. I liked that it had so much space with 8,000 sq.ft. and well lit with all of the skylights!! The top level could easily be another bedroom. The Beverly Hills home was very cozy. I loved the mid-century modern design with yellow front doors! Although some of the indoor furnishings weren't quite my taste, it was very inviting. The Jersey Shore guy's home was lovely, but needed some color and plants to make it more lively and inviting. He seems to be a true minimalist. The city views of his home were absolutely amazing😍❣️ Apryll Miller's home was the opposite. This was the epidemy of maximalism. With so much going on, I wonder how she's able to think straight or sleep at night. 😮 The Encinitas crescent home reminded me of something seen in an action movie, i.e. something "Tony Stark" would live in or even "James Bond"😂. A very interesting home with fascinating architectural details! This was a great episode. ❤
I don’t watch reality TV but 9:33 is my favorite those New York views and his place is beautiful not too many people are crazy about neutral but what he did with it is amazing. I love neutral. It brings a sense of calm and that is the hot trend for 2025 neutral neutral how do I know my friends is a interior designer she told me she has about five clients lined up and they all want neutral home color pallets, and furniture decor
The second and third house for me. They were both very unique and interesting.❤
They are tranquil and inviting homes for sure!
I fell in love with the first place you shown Sara with the penthouse on 61st. Please show the whole thing
Great episode.
Thanks for tuning in!

It's such a calming space! Vanessa Deleon really helped bring Vinny's vision to life.
Vinny starts at 9:30
I would bleed to death with triangular coffee tables! But the house was exquisitely designed, although rather dull - except the sunken bath. Way cool.
The sunken bath is a definite highlight!
That last home reminds me of Tony Stark's home in The Avengers.
