Dr Wilson it was very wise of you to make this video to explain to others how I feel! Everyone with POTS should have family and friends watch. Thank you Bonita Jones

just went to two docs, or shall i say they came here. my blood work says nothing significant. they think it is my heart failure with normal Ef. i sent them both, articles from the nih explaining why i feel the way i do. i just can't get my bp and pulse down. blessings.

This is a great video, and I appreciate you putting in the time to make this.
However, and I mean no disrespect... Who needs to watch this? Doctors? Family members? So then... How will this change their minds, if they are already less receptive to the suffering of someone they know?
I'd love it if there was more aggressive (and I don't mean angry or pushy) advocacy out there for those suffering from POTS. Because, while there are many people who claim they were able to improve, there are likely just as many still out there suffering because their doctors will not make simple interventions.

My son had his tilt test yesterday and are awaiting results.. in the meantime I was wondering if anyone of you suffered with hallucinations as a symptom?.. I know it may seem strange to ask but do you?

Every now and then I feel like I see a bug or something but when I look back it's not there. Is that what you mean?

Not everyone, but for those of us that are sleep deprived from the condition, can definitely cause hallucinations. I have them sometimes but I’m aware I’m just overtired and my body’s running on overdrive. Everyone has different symptoms , just remember your systems constantly on overdrive, so it’s sometimes hard to distinguise

@@guptill1122 it's more at that kind of level now.. but when it first started it was making him really paranoid and he was seeing people and creatures and sometimes every day objects that were not there and feeling things on his skin... he was seen three times a week by the psychiatric team in our area for a good few months before they decided that it wasn't anything mental health related and told us to request a neurologist through the GP.. apparently its a two year waiting list.. he is so fed up with feeling like he does..and any real help or answers seem so far away.. also we still don't have the tilt table test results back 6 months later.. we are being passed from pillar to post with the cardiologists receptionists.. I feel like I'm pulling my hair out..
